Quality Manager (M/F)

For a multinational based in Bizerte, ensure control of quality processes, product conformity and the satisfaction of international customers.

Your responsibilities

• Deploy and enforce the quality management system according to customer requirements, group standards and applicable frameworks.
• Oversee quality controls at every stage: incoming, in-process and final inspection.
• Analyse quality indicators (DHU, RFT, PPM, FPY, rework, customer complaints) and deploy improvement plans.
• Manage internal and external non-conformities (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, root cause analysis).
• Follow up corrective and preventive actions and measure their effectiveness.
• Lead quality meetings with international customers and produce reports in English.
• Manage internal, supplier and customer quality audits and the related action plans.
• Qualify, assess and develop strategic suppliers.
• Work with Production, Industrialisation, Supply Chain and Purchasing to reduce the cost of poor quality.
• Ensure the conformity of export products and compliance with international market regulations.

Your profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s in industrial engineering, quality, textiles or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in quality within an export-oriented industrial environment.
• Command of quality tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plans, CAPA, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto.
• Proven experience with international customer audits, suppliers and quality complaints.
• Excellent command of English and French, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
