Industrial Production Manager

On behalf of our client, drive the operational performance of a production site: safety, quality, cost, delivery and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Steer and coordinate all production operations to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Define, implement and monitor production plans according to customer needs and industrial capacity.
• Analyse performance indicators (OEE, productivity, yield, scrap, service level) and drive improvement actions.
• Ensure QHSE standards are applied and regulatory requirements met.
• Manage production teams and develop the skills of supervisors and team leaders.
• Work with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and Methods to optimise flows.
• Deploy continuous improvement: Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED.
• Take part in industrialisation, process optimisation and capacity increase projects.

Your profile

• Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in an industrial environment, including significant production management experience.
• Command of Lean Manufacturing tools and industrial performance indicators.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and team management.
• Good command of industrial ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Leadership, rigour, organisation and results orientation.
